Hives for Heros is a veteran‑led organisation dedicated to ethical bee relocation, pollinator protection, and meaningful employment for former service personnel. We combine environmental stewardship with social impact by training veterans to safely relocate bee colonies and maintain new hives across Hampshire and Wiltshire.
To protect pollinators, support veterans, and strengthen communities through ethical bee relocation, modular housing, and on‑site training apiaries.
Types of Bee
There are around 270 species of bee in the UK. This includes one species of honey bee, approximately 24–25 species of bumblebee, and over 240–250 species of solitary bees

Hampshire and Wiltshire to be fully operational by March 2027. Swiftly followed by Sussex, London and the M25 home counties
